With traditional skill to enjoy a delicacy

We cut to any event all spanish

hams, serrano and ibérico bellota at trade fairs,

corporate parties, wine festivals, catering, weddings, parties, etc ...

We always recommend first class ham from selected partners

with a protected designation of origin such as "Jamón de Teruel" for the

serrano ham or "Valle de los Pedroches" for the ibérico bellota ham.

The ham will be cut on site into thin small slices (+/- 4gr.)

and very elegantly on the plates presented. The whole ham is within

two hours served. We cut each of your desired ham, whether on

rocky beach or on the snow covered mountain huts, on sailboats

or just at home in the garden.

We also recommend to the desired ham suitable wine, sparkling wine or beer.

We can also offer with the ham, truffle, cheese, or black olives

A treat for the senses, let yourself be spoiled

We cut across Europe, from the beach to the hut.
